Mattress Structure
The SweetNight Prime is available in two heights of 10'' and 12'' (except for the Twin size which is available in 10'' only). It has four layers of memory foam and poly foam providing pressure reliving contouring and delivering support.
SweetNight's innovative Contouring CurveTM design has created a mattress with two sides. Each side has two different firmness zones determined by the thickness of the foam layers. The first side has soft and medium-soft zones. The second size has a firm and medium-firm zones. Sleepers can flip and rotate the mattress adjusting its feel based on their comfort needs.
Cover: High density anti-pilling and anti-slip knitted fabric with a beautiful checkered and monogram design.
Comfort Layer: 1.5'' - 3.5'' (depending on the firmness zone) of highly contouring and pressure relieving gel-infused memory foam. The gel expedites heat dissipation.
Transition Layer: 1.5'' - 3.5'' (depending on the firmness zone) medium density poly foam facilitating pressure relief without causing excess sinkage. The foam has a perforated structure, which reduces heat retention.
Support Layer: Highly dense poly foam generating lift and countering sinkage. The layer in the 10'' model is much thicker making it less contouring and more supportive.
Base Layer: 1.5'' - 3.5'' (depending on the firmness zone) of medium density poly foam giving the mattress structural stability and increasing its durability.
Feel
Generally speaking, the 10'' model, with its thicker support layer, is stiffer providing greater stability. Beyond that, the way sleepers will experience the mattress is dependent on the combination of the side and zone they'll choose by flipping and rotating it.
The soft zone on the first side is highly contouring cradling the body and giving a melting-into-the-bed sensation. The medium-soft zone on the first side still remains contouring but is a bit more solid and less sinkable. Lying on it, sleepers will feel less trapped in bed compared to the soft zone.
Flipping the mattress, the firm zone on the second side enables minimum sinkage. It's highly rigid keeping sleepers 'on' the mattress instead of 'in' it. The medium-firm zone is still stiff but provides little sinkage, which makes it a bit more conforming.
Pressure Relief
The soft zone on the first side of the 12'' mattress is ideal for lightweight side sleepers. The contouring memory foam will wrap their hips and shoulders preventing the accumulation of pressure in these sensitive areas.
Average weight side sleepers will like the the medium-soft zone of the 12'' mattress. They'll benefit from a sound balance of contouring and support, which will mitigate pressure in their sensitive hips and shoulders while keeping these areas elevated preventing their spine from being thrown out of it natural alignment.
Heavyweight side sleepers require a mattress which is more supportive yet sufficiently conforming to enable them a comfortable night's sleep. The medium-soft zone on the first side of the more supportive 10'' mattress will work fine for them.
Lightweight back sleepers should opt for the medium-soft zone on the first side of the 12'' mattress or the on the 10'' mattress if they're looking for a firmer feel. The comfort layer will pad their back. At the same time, the medium density poly foam in the transition layer and the hardened poly foam in the support layer will make sure it remains straight.
Average weight back sleepers will have to flip the mattress. The medium-firm zone on the second side of the 12'' mattress will fit them best. The malleable memory foam in the comfort layer will target their lumbar and thoracic back soothing the muscles and alleviating pressure. The transition layer and the support layer will work in tandem to avert excess sagging allowing them to maintain a healthy position throughout the night.
Plus-size back sleepers, especially those heavier than 275 pounds, should rotate the mattress so as to sleep on the firm zone. This zone is specially designed to handle their more massive body by curbing sinkage enabling their spine to rest in its neutral position.
Stomach sleepers who weigh up to 150 pounds will feel comfortable lying on the medium-soft zone on the first side of either the 10'' or 12'' mattress. The soft memory foam-based comfort layer will cushion their abdomen relieving pressure. The transition layer and the support layer will be more than enough to avert over-sinking.
Average stomach sleepers should seek a more robust mattress. The medium-firm zone on the second side of the 12'' mattress will work well for them. The heavier ones weighing more than 200 pound may need the less contouring and more supportive 10'' mattress.
Stomach sleepers whose weight exceeds 250 pounds should opt for the firm zone of the 12'' or 10'' mattresses. This firmness level is what is required to make sure the area under their rib cage won't sag too deeply into the bed causing them discomfort and pain.
Motion Isolation
As can be expected from a foam-based mattress, the SweetNight Prime scores high when it comes to motion isolation. The first side performs better than the second side. Its soft and medium-soft zones enables greater sinkage and, therefore, absorb a larger portion of the kinetic energy generated by sleepers' movements to the extent of promising quiet nights even for restless sleepers who are disturbed every time their partner changes his/her sleeping position.
The second side with its medium-firm and firm zones has lower capacity for absorbing sleepers' movements, yet it transfers much less motion compared to mattresses containing bouncy latex and coils. It'll enable most people to enjoy serene and restful sleep.
Repositioning
The amount of effort sleepers will have to exert in order to change their sleeping positions depends on the side of the mattress on which they'll lie. The first side with its soft and medium-soft firmness zones better mold to the shape of the body than the less contouring second side. Consequently, sleepers will find it harder to move and reposition themselves. It'll become more acute with heavier sleepers.
In contrast, the much firmer second side minimizes sinkage. Sleepers won't be trapped in bed and their ability to maneuver on the surface of the mattress won't be impeded.
Edge Support
Much like repositioning, the SweetNight Prime's capacity for supporting sleepers lying close to its exterior is a function of the mattress side. The more contouring first side is less stable on the perimeter and sleepers, especially those weighing more than 150 pounds, may experience sagging, which will make them feel less secure. The medium-firm and firm zones on the second side provide much better support for sleepers lying away from the center.
Heat Retention
Foam mattresses tend to retain heat much more than latex and hybrid mattresses. The SweetNight Prime, however, is engineered to create a pleasant and cool sleep environment. making it a good fit for people who tend to sleep hot.
The mattress most sinkable memory foam comfort layer is infused with gel, which lowers temperature by dissipating excess heat. The perforated structure of the poly foam in the transition layer augments the cooling effect by enabling fresh air to flow into the mattress.
Having said that, the softer first side will tend to trap more heat than the firmer second side due to being more sinkable.

Our Mattress Reviewer's Comment
This SweetNight Prime mattress was gifted to a real family, in return for photos, videos, and a personal account. You have seen the media, and now here is how they experienced the mattress, in their own words:
The mattress was delivered in box and was easy to unpack and set up to inflate. The kids loved watching the mattress open up and take its shape.
We ordered the Prime for our boy thinking it would be great for him to have options with firmness levels. Too soft, then just flip it to the more firm side. Too hard, then just flip it back to the more soft side. We knew that having those options would help find that comfort spot.

The Bottom Line
The SweetNight Prime is one of a kind. While all mattresses currently available on the market offer one or two firmness levels, the Prime advanced patented Contouring Curve Design creates four different firmness zones. On top of that, despite its innovative design and uniqueness, the SweetNight Prime is offered at a price which won't put a heavy burden on buyers' budget.
